Max. one license per system. For OpenScape Business X3/X5/X8 and Business S.License for fax send and receive functions via one or more fax mailboxes for UC Suite Contact Center agents.
Additional licenses are necessary for using the Contact Center functions (e.g., myAgent)
All licenses are assigned to specific users and systems in the network by the administrator. The Contact Center is configured in one system only, i.e., all Contact Center agents must be registered in the same system.
