A maximum of 4 CABLU cable units are required for a OSBiz X5W and HiPath 3550.
One CABLU connects up to 24 wire pairs, i.e., 1 SLMO24 or 1 SLAD16 or 3 8-port cards or 6 4-port cards or combinations thereof. Thus, for example, two CABLU can be used for up to 3 SLAD16 cards.
