Unify OpenScape Business myAgent
For OpenScape Business X3/X5/X8 and Business S.The license is required once per myAgent user.
Up to 192 myAgent licenses are possible per system.
License for activating the Contact Center functions of the UC Suite for agents, supervisors and administrators (e.g. queue queries, customer detail popups for incoming calls, call history access).
All licenses are assigned to specific users and systems in the network by the administrator. The Contact Center is configured in one system only, i.e., all Contact Center agents must be registered in the same system. The number of myAgent licenses must not exceed the total number of IP, TDM and Deskshare user licenses.
